Her career spans more than two decades and has included medical practice and education, trauma-responsive executive coaching and leadership training programs, public health programming, multiple board positions in the public and private <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW48183660 BCX0\">sectors<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW48183660 BCX0\">, and farming. <\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW48183660 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml_lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW48183660 BCX0\">Dr. K founded Lodestar in 2016, responding to the need for trauma-responsive coaching for physician colleagues reporting <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW48183660 BCX0\">high levels<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW48183660 BCX0\"> of severe burnout, vicarious trauma, and moral injury. Deaton, PCC, PhD, TIPC, CTPC<\/strong>, earned her master\u2019s and doctoral degrees in clinical psychology, specializing in neuropsychology and health psychology. Her first career was as a clinical neuropsychologist in health care settings. After two decades in health care, Ann transitioned into a career in leadership and team coaching. Ann works with leaders in government, health care, technology, higher education, and various other industries. She is certified as a Team Performance Coach and Polarities Master Practitioner. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><strong>Antoinette DuBois Ayers, RCC, CPCC, TIPC<\/strong>, is a certified professional coach with more than 25 years\u2019 experience as an executive coach, coach trainer, and master facilitator in the field of Equity, Diversity, and\u00a0Inclusion and trauma-informed coaching.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:257}\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Antoinette earned her Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) Certification from the Coaches Training Institute, Trauma Informed Professional Coach (TIPC) and was an original member of the World Association of Business Coaches (WABC), where she co-developed an international coaching certification program, the Registered Corporate Coach (RCC), as the first national director of training.
