She is accountable for creating and executing on multi-year learning strategies that drive the organization\u2019s people priorities. She has implemented several award-winning programs that strengthened TD\u2019s coaching culture; advanced colleagues in digital literacy, data, and analytics; and up-skilled and re-skilled colleagues leading transformational change.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jas has held many progressive roles in her long career of over 34\u00a0years, all with a distinct passion for supporting colleagues in their development. She is very excited by how technology transforms the employee and client experience with a focus on the future of work.
