She is the co-founder of ImpactParents.com and the first global coaching organization for parents of complex kids, teens, and young adults. Elaine has trained thousands of parents and certified hundreds of professionals in neurodiversity-informed coaching strategies. She is also the co-creator of the Sanity School\u00ae behavior management training programs for parents and teachers. A passionate advocate for inclusion, Elaine served as a parent advisor to the American Academy of Pediatrics and on the national board of directors for CHADD.
