As is stated in\u00a0the eighth of ICF\u2019s\u00a0Core Competencies, a large part of being an effective coach is\u00a0celebrating\u00a0progress and successes.\u00a0By taking the time to applaud\u00a0the small milestones you reach along the way, you are more likely to feel motivated to stick to your goals.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">While setting your sights on\u00a0gaining\u00a0100,000\u00a0followers by the end of the year might be your\u00a0end-goal, celebrating your first\u00a0100,\u00a01,000, and\u00a010,000\u00a0followers will keep your motivation up and maintain your confidence in the\u00a0ongoing\u00a0process. Does this mean you\u00a0should\u00a0stop and wait until next year to set new goals? Absolutely not!<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Challenge yourself anew by\u00a0aiming\u00a0to reach another goal by the end of the year.\u00a0Similar to the way you, as a coach, would ask your client\u00a0powerful\u00a0questions to help explore opportunities beyond their current thinking, ask yourself what else you can achieve that would continue your path to\u00a0even greater\u00a0success.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Your ability to achieve more for yourself and your coaching practice is not\u00a0restrained by\u00a0your\u00a0original\u00a0strategic plan for the year. While\u00a0that plan served as\u00a0a great way to hold yourself accountable, there is nothing holding you back from striving for more than you may previously\u00a0have\u00a0thought was possible.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Set Goals, But Don\u2019t Stop There<\/span><\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">As\u00a0a\u00a0coach, you spend your time advising, guiding and lending a helping hand to support your clients as they navigate their personal journeys to success. Whether their focus is on professional development, personal growth or financial freedom, you are the expert in asking the questions needed to light\u00a0the\u00a0fire that fuels\u00a0their progress.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:276}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Ask yourself the same questions you ask your clients. Set your sights high and don\u2019t limit yourself.
